Prior to using any tapes, adhesives, or hair products, a patch test is essential to prevent any adverse reactions for you or your clients.

To maximise the longevity of your hair extensions, it is important to follow our aftercare guidelines as failing to follow these instructions may lead to premature dryness, damage, or discoloration of the extensions, significantly reducing their lifespan.

Prior to installation, wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo to eliminate product build-up. Avoid conditioning your natural hair as it can cause slippage of the extensions post-fitting. Ensure your hair is straight in preparation for the fitting process.

Regular maintenance and refitting every 6-8 weeks by a qualified hair extension technician are crucial to prevent damage to both your natural hair and the extensions. Minor shedding or loosening of strands is normal within this period, and the extensions can be reused. Occasionally, re-tipping may be necessary. Removal should only be carried out by a fully qualified technician.

We advise against colouring, toning, or tinting the extensions as this may lead to drying and shorten the lifespan of the hair. Any colour changes are performed at the individual's risk, and we do not provide guarantees for the hair's longevity in such instances. The extensions are already bleached and coloured to the desired shade, so expect natural fading and discoloration over time.

It is not recommended to swim with extensions however, if necessary, ensure the extensions are kept dry. Saltwater and sand can cause tangling. If they come into contact with chlorine, sand, or saltwater, wash the extensions and deeply condition to prevent drying or discoloration. Protect the hair from UV rays, as they can dry out, fade, or discolour the extensions.

  • Returns and Exchanges Policy

    We are unable to accept worn or unpackaged products for return due to hygiene reasons. If items are deemed worn or tampered with, they will be returned to the customer with no refund issued.

    Refund or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility for return delivery costs for refunds or exchanges.

  • Quality

    Quality concerns or faulty items must be reported within 28 days of purchase and returned within 7 days from this for evaluation. A refund is not guaranteed at this point.

    Unopened and original packaging required for all hair product returns. Products showing wear, damage, or having been opened cannot be exchanged or refunded.
